I like that it's very easy for our team of account managers, project manager & QA engineers who are spread out across different time zones or even countries! It has been so much easier keeping everyone in sync with what we're doing each day as well as tracking all projects/tasks at once from one dashboard instead having multiple tabs open in my browser window (which was really annoying!). The customer support could use some work too - sometimes they can be slow but overall great service when you need them most!! Honestly nothing specific right now. Just make sure your using stack shine during its free trial period otherwise things will get lost in translation if not properly set up initially which happens quite often unfortunately. We were able to keep everything organized within just 1 page vs several pages previously where there would have been no way for us to know exactly how many tickets had gone through an approval process etc without going back into.
