Although clearly lacking instructions, this is fairly easy to put together. It fits my monitor perfectly and allows me to put it back on my desk. It had previously been mounted on another large double-lever mount and the original pedestal was lost over time. So this stand was a great way to get the monitor up and running again. It comes with many different screws so you can use it with many different monitors and TVs, but you only need the 4 that fit your car. Also, some have mentioned that the glossy glass is difficult to keep fingerprints on. I found that the glass plate was pinched with the frosted side. You can easily use both sides.
