Review on Route: The Service Platform by Rene Putman

I like how easy it was to use with our team members using multiple platforms which made communication seamless across all levels within my organization.

It would be great if there were more templates available so we could have better branding when creating new accounts or leads. We are able to communicate internally without having to email each other back-and forth via an internal messaging system. This has saved time by not needing people to call into meetings just to ask questions about their account status.
