What a job. With Covid19 I was at home all week, so for the first time in my life I tried to put a hanger (?) on the kitchen wall. The wall was flat and drywall, so I need to insert this anchor, like a white screw. The problem was that it was very difficult to attach the anchor to the wall. I broke 5 anchors and managed to set 4, one of which was only half stuck in the wall. Anyway I did it! and I'm so glad I did! I first drilled a narrow hole in the wall and tried to install the dowel in the hole with an Ikea cordless drill. 25% success rate. I don't know what I did right when I was successful.
