I was so excited to try this mop and be able to mop the floor with just water! Today I tried it, after the first use it broke already! The part holding the velcro strips popped out when I finished cleaning my little kitchen. I am very disappointed in the quality of this pug. The microfiber worked well so I gave it 2 stars for use and cleaning but other than that it deserves 0 stars. UPDATE: I have changed my rating to 4 stars as I emailed e-cloth customer service directly (via their website). They sent me a brand new mop head including cloth totally free! This worked great for over a week and about 3 uses. I am very happy with my new product and very happy with E-cloth's customer service!
