It breaks too easily Best in electric frying pans
I used this unit once and noticed that it heats up noticeably unevenly. It had a hot spot that ran down the center of the hob. After it cooled down, I put it next to the sink to wash it. I accidentally hit him with my elbow and he slid off the counter and into the sink with bits of plastic flying everywhere. I would not recommend this device to anyone.
