Great tool. I've had a lot of surgeries and I'm an athlete. My chiropractor gives me Graston once a week. But due to the low income I can't afford it. I studied IASTM in college and we use Gua Sha in Aesthetics so I decided to give it a try. This tool broke so many adhesions, no wonder I was so limited. I didn't apply much pressure at all. Pointers - do not bother. It's quite sharp and can be blunted a bit. But when used properly, it's great for removing trigger points and getting deep into muscles to break them down.
