A good learning tool before making big investments in some of the more expensive tools.

There are slightly sharp edges where you hold the tool. It does its job adequately and I'm glad I bought this tool to practice the techniques during COVID 19. As a PTA, I hope to one day take a Graston class and purchase these tools. But in the meantime I was able to watch some of Graston's techniques on YouTube and practice using this tool on my husband's Achilles tendon and his report of relief.

Pleasantly surprised!

Great tool. I've had a lot of surgeries and I'm an athlete. My chiropractor gives me Graston once a week. But due to the low income I can't afford it. I studied IASTM in college and we use Gua Sha in Aesthetics so I decided to give it a try. This tool broke so many adhesions, no wonder I was so limited. I didn't apply much pressure at all. Like magic for my aching feet

I have had chronic foot pain for years and have been unable to get a workable solution from an orthopedist, so on a whim I decided to consult a physical therapist without expecting much. . The physical therapist tried this tool on me when she found out I had plantar fasciitis in the past. My god, it was like magic.
