We had this installed by an electrician who had a very difficult time with it. And since then I can't get it to work properly. There are practically no directions. I sent questions to the support team, but the problem was not solved. The backlight and bluetooth work fine, but the fan doesn't work yet. Sometimes the fan spins, but only when I press the lowest speed. And the blades never come out all the way. So there is no airflow. If I select a different speed on the remote, it stops. And in fact it only spins at the lowest speed when I have the light at its brightest. When it's set to color or dimmer, the fan blades don't move. At this point I've literally gone through the pairing steps about 50 times.
