As you can see from the photo if you're using a small bottle it's impossible to squeeze the bottle no room for your fingers but if you're using a large bottle it works fine but you can't leave the bottle in as stated in some of the reviews because the cap gets stuck. You would be better off using the small cup as shown in my photo. Also the small cup holds the bottle steady with the large cup holder it doesn't hold the bottle straight. As you can see from the third photo the opening is much too largeI hope this review was helpful
