May be too big for plain collars
I hope this fits my dog but it seems big. It's wider so well done with a good stretch. It's easy to turn it on and off, but it's rechargeable, so you'll have to take it off to do it. It comes in three colors: yellow, green and blue. My dog is not an xs small dog but is small and weighs 11 pounds so I will see if it fits or if it falls off over his head. If this happens, our other dog will get it.
