Be careful. It can fail within the first 2 weeks
I loved everything about this chair (except how low it is) I even got a booster seat/cushion which mostly solved the problem. I've already thrown away the packaging and really don't want to return it. I have to leave it disabled. It just keeps vibrating and smells a bit like smoke so I can't leave it on. I can't find any support for it other than returning it. Reading on the internet people say that you just need to replace the module. It's just that I just got the chair, I don't have to wait for it anytime soon.
