This device has only been in use for 2 weeks but so far it works exactly as I had hoped. In the winter I have to blow out 2 basement windows a bit when the vinyl frame hits the dew point or else condensation will form on these windows and freeze causing a mess. These windows were installed in the outermost part of the poured concrete wall, which was a mistake, but it's easier to blow air in than to get it to the inside of the wall. On this unit, I set the turn on temperature a few degrees above the expected dew point, attached a temperature sensor to the vinyl frame on one of the windows, and this unit keeps these 2 tiny fans on at or below that set temperature, blowing some air onto these windows. No more condensation and I don't have to keep an eye on those fans anymore. Very cool little machine.
