Review on DEWENWILS Electric Water-Resistant Outlet with Individual Control by Ivan Carson

When I received the kit, channel 1 was not responding to the remote control. The other two channels worked as advertised. I have emailed DEWENWILS to let them know about the issue. I received a very quick reply and they sent me another outlet which seemed most likely to be faulty as the remote worked fine on the other two units. Unfortunately, the new version did not solve the problem. Once again I received a very quick response from customer support to my email stating that the new outlet did not solve the problem. They immediately sent a new remote which I received two days later, which really solved the problem. Conclusion: Although the original kit had a defect, the DEWENWILS customer solved the problem very quickly and aggressively. I would recommend this product and this company. hp The only reason I gave four stars was because the product didn't work from the start. However, the excellent customer support raised my rating to 4 stars.
