DEWENWILS Electric Water-Resistant Outlet with Individual Control Review

I've been using this for a few weeks now and it works as advertised. The range is 100 feet, but walls and windows don't seem to be a problem. I have two of the three receivers/switches outdoors and have not been affected by rain or snow. It's handy to have a "manual" switch on the outlet, as the transmitter is often somewhere else. Works right out of the box. All I had to do was plug the unit into an outlet, plug my regular power cord for my Christmas lights into the other end, and the button worked to turn them on and off from around the house. every time You don't have to fiddle with it or press it multiple times like most remote controls, it just works every time. Update: Dial 2 keeps dropping out, only red light remains after power is turned off. Upon inspection the unit was hot and smelled funny - I haven't messed with anything like this, it's too risky, especially when I had channel 2 on top of the cabinet.
