Works perfectly. for CB and talkback radios

I wear it two 12 hour shifts and have had no problems. Soft gel ear tips fit comfortably and don't irritate the ear like the previous ones. It's loud enough to be heard at the curb of interstate traffic, alongside heavy trucks and engine noise at an accident scene. Hope it lasts long.
