Bought this for my granddaughter for a formal night out on her upcoming cruise.
This is her first formal dress and she loves it, I bought the blue one and the color is very light. I advise you to buy a crinoline under the hem so the skirt is puffy and fits her more like a long sleeve than a three quarters.
