I've been using it for a few weeks now and I really like it. I haven't used their tech support at all and I'm not a big gamer, but I've run a few games and everything seems to be working fine. It's very quiet and doesn't interfere at all when playing video or graphics-intensive games. All specifications listed are the same as what I received. The graphics card can easily cope with my 3 monitors. It's actually a TV connected via HDMI. The other two monitors are connected via DisplayPort adapters. I plugged an additional hard drive into the box via a SATA connector. SATA is reversible, so you don't have to worry about your old computer's hard drive being able to connect to this new motherboard. Nobody seems to have done Linux reviews on this machine, so I have an idea. Linux runs great on this PC. I put my old hard drive with my Ubuntu system on it and it worked great straight away. I just had to run a simple command to update my graphics drivers and it worked flawlessly. I'll probably do a clean install of Manjaro on this system after confirming it can boot from a Manjaro Live USB stick. My only complaint about this machine is that they tucked a lot of cables tightly into the additional hard drive bay on the other side. side of the box (non-glass side). This makes it difficult to fit an additional hard drive in the bay, since you have to unplug the SSD and unplug all cables from the bay to use it. You then need to use the cable management system to find a place to secure all the cables. My purchase came with a USB keyboard with anti-ghosting and a USB mouse. I wasn't sure I would use them but was surprised by the quality. The bottom of the keyboard is metal, giving it a heavy and solid feel. I like both very much and I've attached a picture of them. LIGHT Keyboard: You can set the keyboard backlight to at least 3 different patterns. You can also enable backlit breathing mode by pressing FN + ON/OFF. Power Box: The Power Box has its own light switch with many different colors and patterns. RGB Light: The box itself has 3 rings of different colors and patterns. There is a light switch on the top of the box to control it. The only thing I haven't used yet is the 500GB SSD since Windows is installed. I prefer Linux systems and if you do too, it's easy to delete and install an open source OS. Overall, I'm very happy with the computer so far.
