The ease of use, customization options to meet our needs as well as its ability to integrate with other applications like EMRs makes this software very useful in managing policies for both employees and customers. I dislike that it does not allow you to make changes without going through an approval process which can be time consuming if there are many users who need to approve something at once. It also has some bugs here and there but those have been fixed over time. We've used this product since we started working together and they continue to update their system so that it works better than ever before. Their customer service team is great and always willing to help out when needed. This helps us manage all employee related documents such as safety training manuals, drug formulary etc. Our benefits department manages information about insurance plans available to employees and provides them with quotes from different providers. They also provide access to these files via mobile devices or desktop computers.
