Bought this hammer to help my brother break some basketball sized geodes. I gave it to him for Christmas. I knew it was bad value for money so I wasn't expecting it to be the best hammer. .But I also didn't expect that 20 minutes of light hammer hitting (don't want to destroy the crystals) would completely deform the hammer's face. He deformed the spike in about 4 hits. him at all. +2 stars because we opened the geodes and thus he did the amount of his expected task. -3 stars for lack of overall durability. Keep your longevity expectations low and you will be happy.
