Review on Xero Shoes TerraFlex Running Hiking Men's Shoes in Athletic by Gregory Shin

Torn between 5 and 1.5 stars for a seemingly great product and outstanding customer service. 1 star for "come on man it's 2018 how hard is it to find the right shoe size?" I ended up calling Xero before ordering them. Yes, I've read a million comments about being too small, but I wear a size 14. And if, like me, you're a standard 14 footer, you're out of luck with minimalist trail running shoes, which most retailers are do not do. Size 14+ is not manufactured or rarely in stock. Anyway, I left a message on Friday after hours and on Sunday they called me back and offered to buy from Revain for free return shipping. Five dollars more, but that's great customer service! The shoes arrived as promised and as expected (unfortunately) the largest size 14 is not even close for a 14 foot size. Even without an insole. I think one should sell a cardioid for Vivo or maybe try SOM. I'm sorry I liked my xero huaraches but please fix the sizes and help us big boys!
