I am very satisfied with my new dishes. The price for the set is reasonable. I put them in the dishwasher when they arrived. I removed the pan's handle and used it in the oven at 400 degrees to easily cook short ribs. A screwdriver was waiting for me! Cleans well after cooling and soaking. I wanted a set with multiple pots and detachable handles and this one resembles the old fashioned ones I grew up with. I'd say the pan is more like a frying pan, so remember it's not a pan. By the way, my set was made in India. I don't think you can go wrong with this set. Be healthy with stainless steel cookware and it will do you good!
