The team at qed batoon are very professional in their approach with excellent knowledge base for all aspects related to demand genereation/lead management platforms like Hubspot / Marketo etc - they have helped us understand our data better than we did ourselves! Nothing so far- great people who do what's best not only by your interest but theirs too (we're working together towards mutual goals). I would say that communication could be improved as it can become difficult sometimes when speaking different languages or cultural differences between native speakers vs non natives.- We realized how beneficial this platform was once implemented into hubSpot using tagsets created manually through Excel spreadsheets. This has made life much easier now especially during campaigns where manual tagging takes forever compared to other tools out there today such as Dataiku Segmentations.
