The picture is misleading, in fact they are not that different from the zipped pillowcase. No standing sides, no protection, no handles, non-stackable. I don't see any point in it other than dusting off the plates. Look, if you can carry 12 plates without a bag, you definitely can't with a bag. Felt is meaningless. As others have said, it's really small, so if you have a 12" platter it covers almost 4"; so not appropriate at all. You cannot use them to move or transport as advertised unless you want things to break or your utensils are plastic or unbreakable. Remember that dishes don't have handles. So when you try to pick it up, the harness moves everywhere because it doesn't have hard sides. Please don't buy this, let's ask the company to put together something more useful and practical!
