I really like the protection offered by this hat!

I had previously bought a different sun-protective hat, but I bought this one to match what I was wearing to my daughter-in-law's baby shower which was to be held outdoors. It not only shielded my face, neck, and ears from the sun, but it also offered great protection for my eyes. I find myself grabbing it when I walk to the mailbox or anytime I am going to be outdoors for very long. I highly recommend the hat. The other hat does not come down as far on the sides and does not protect my eyes as much. I have macular drusen, so eye protection is very important to me. I am also very fair-skinned. This hat is great!

I use this hat on a daily basis due to managing sun damage on my face. I have traveled with it as well. I love it. It fits well and I''m so thankful for the string that comes with it so you can secure it under your shin to keep it from flying away. It does a great job of sheltering your face from the sun. My only wish is that it come in a variety of bright colors. I just bought the tan one because the navy color can get a little warm. The navy blue is still my favorite. It can be dressy. I''ve gotten many compliments on this hat.
