Slow loading and difficult installation
This is a heavy attachment and the springs cannot support it adequately. We ended up using caulk to "glue" it in place. Also, the download takes a long time. Electricity must be supplied continuously. It also makes it difficult to recognize your voice when there is water running in the bathroom.
