Review on ADC 619BK Adscope Lite Stethoscope: Ultra Lightweight With Tunable AFD Technology - Black by Victor Shepherd

I love this stethoscope. I have it as my "backup" stethoscope (main one is 3M litmas cardiology which is like 10 times the price) and i must say there is hardly any difference; in terms of sound quality/amplification/sensitivity they are probably nearly identical. In fact for many weeks i used this one as my main as it is a lot smaller and lighter so much nicer to have in my pocket. Main reason I went back to Littman as my main stetho was because even though it was uncomfortable to carry such a large stetho, it was a bit more comfortable to do examination with the longer littman as patients would often be in weird positions and need the extra reach. I reckon if you see patients in settings in which examination is easy (e.g. examination room with patient sitting in the examination table) this might very well be as good as it get in terms of quality/comfort. Certainly is the best value/performance available.
