Not suitable for petite but the shape is good if you want just barely fullness
I'm 5ft and about 95lbs and it hung below my knees. Due to the panties attached very strangely, it can only be pulled up to a certain extent at the waist. (Seriously, why?!) This gives a *very* soft fluffiness to a mid-weight dress.
