very sharp vegetable knife
i like the design/look of this nikiri vegetable knife. i have an authentic chinese clever knife i bought at the bay area chinatown and use it regularly in chopping vegetables. this one is about half the height of that which feels like the japanese nikiri knife.this knife came in razor sharp which went through the paper test and passed with flying colors. i like the squarish design at the top of the knife and the brass like cover at the bolster felt good in mu hand when i pinch down on it.this is a keeper.hope this helps.
