I've had this set of tools since 2018, and I *love* all the tools in it -- it's the perfect selection for everyday, non-specialized work, the tools are sturdy, & everything is smartly organized/easy to select/access.THAT SAID, the tools/components are *ALWAYS* falling out of the case. Also, you can only store/open it *ONE* WAY -- and I assume if I didn't, even more tools/components would fall out! Every single time I open it, something has fallen out of its place (verrrrrrry annoying), and even when things don't fall, they do not fully snap in sturdily into place, so things "half-fall" or dangle in annoying ways.Essentially, while I love the tools, the *constant* annoyance of needing to re-situate things every time I open it is significant enough that it definitely requires a deduction of one (even maybe 1.5 if that were an option) point from my overall rating.
