I really like how easy dialup access to everything was once you connected your modem / phone line into their system - it's very straightforward! They also have great customer service so if there are any issues they respond quickly & usually right away too which makes life easier for me when trying something new or having questions about my website/s etc..

It doesn't help with anything but being able to connect directly through an internet connection has always been helpful in getting things up running quicker than waiting 24-48 hours just because of time zone differences between us (Europe) and them (US).
