I actually didn't have a tablecloth on the table that I have in my kitchen. Over time it got more and more scratches and water stains. Got this tablecloth to hide any imperfections and it's not just that! The color and look of it really brightens up my kitchen. The material is thick and easy to care for. I washed it and the tassels are intact too! I threw it in the dryer with a few balls of yarn on low speed and it came out wrinkle free!
