A beautifully made cube puzzle with an elastic thread inside that allows small cubes to be rotated to create a large 3 inch cube, similar in size to a Rubik's Cube. It's quite tricky and it took me a while to get it right without instructions. I was afraid the elastic would snap but it turned out ok and seems solid. The wood they use is beautiful and has 2 colors that alternate to help you solve the puzzle knowing that the light and dark squares are always opposite. The cube comes pre-assembled in a shrink-wrapped box with instructions and makes a very good gift. It's fun for both kids of all ages and adults, and it's a good way to relax and take your eyes off the screen for a while. I am a huge fan of this toy and have played around with it for hours making different shapes while working on solving the puzzle.
