I like that we have access from anywhere in our home office or even at work! It's easy for me as an admin assistant with my own computer/laptop but also great when you're working remotely too.

The customer service has been fantastic so far - they are always willing to help if there is anything needed during setup etc., which makes it easier than ever before!! We've only had issues once (which was resolved immediately) since going live almost two months ago now, everything else seems fine though? Would definitely recommend this software to anyone looking into cloud-based CRM systems such as ours; very user friendly system allowing us to keep up to date easily without having to log off every time someone comes online / leaves messages through email.
