It's getting expensive
It all started with Kiritsuke. Then these steak knives. I just ordered a filet and am now evaluating the entire line. Great quality, reasonable price, unique aesthetic, surprisingly comfortable and balanced, holds the edge well. The included scabbards or other protections are a must as the tips thin out a bit and bend easily. .
