Review on Dell UltraSharp U2720Q 4K Backlit Monitor with Anti-Glare Screen, Pivot & Tilt Adjustment, USB Hub, HD, HDMI, LED (DELU2720Q) by Michael Perry

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality-calibrated 4K color monitor

Bought for use with MBP 16". Works great, text is very clear in retina mode. Vivid colors, screen strikes a good balance of reduced glare and no haze. Tiny bezel all around so ideal for a multiple setup monitors. The USB-C cable that came with it only worked at 30Hz, but the third-party cable I bought worked fine with a 60Hz refresh and the power delivery works too. There are so many different USB-C cables out there, so read up Be sure to check the reviews to find one that does what you want. There are many articles online that discuss the pros and cons of various external monitor resolution and size combinations for OS X devices. I'm glad about that that the interface text is slightly larger in Retina mode but may not be in others. This is not related to this product but more to the nature of OS X.S You can use scaled resolutions, but this has trade-offs. It's great for my mixed office work and photo editing world.
