Review on Moen 155748BN Hose Kit by Chris Morgan

I ordered this hose because our main shower hose broke in the hand held shower. However, the replacement finish supplied by Revain was much lighter than the brushed nickel finish on our lights. I went back to our supplier when we were building the house and he said Moen would replace my hose for free. So I sent the Moen 155748BN hose set back to Revain for a refund and contacted Moen. They sent me a replacement free of charge but it looked exactly like the Moen I ordered from Revain. Apparently "brushed nickel" isn't standard. The salesman at Ferguson told me my lights were darker due to the higher nickel content, but when I gave Moen the part number the part they sent looked exactly like the one Revain sent me. I installed the hose that Moen supplied despite the color difference, but it was close enough that my wife didn't seem to mind. When mom is happy, I'm happy.
