The website is a mess, with navigation that is difficult to understand and explanations that are vague. And don't even get me started on the lackluster support for customers. When I had a problem with my purchase, they did not respond to my messages and were not in the least bit helpful. To suggest that the products themselves did not live up to expectations would be an understatement. I had the impression that I had squandered my money due to the low-quality materials and poor craftsmanship. What are the costs? There is no point in trying. You can locate items of significantly higher quality elsewhere for the same price or even a lower price. TUOWEI did not leave me feeling in the least bit satisfied overall. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
