Worked through the night (despite the fact that he ran out of water but continued to work). The first thing in the morning, I attempted to turn it off, but none of the buttons work! App-based off switch was used. Then I attempted to turn it on, but the buttons do not appear to have any effect. It was helpful to unplug everything and then plug it back in. Is this some kind of wedding? Ought I should take it in to get it serviced? And I just couldn't wrap my head around the fact that he didn't turn the machine off when the water ran out! And I ordered Certify, but when it arrived in 2022, there were NO instructions!
