Review on Super 2 0 12L Tank Bag by Kyle Smernes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great bag! - Luggage

I've ridden this bag a few hundred miles now so I'm updating my rating - still 5 stars but now I can speak better about this bag as I've used it quite a bit. Very good medium-sized tank bag - not too big and not too small for my purposes (mainly day trips). Comes with a rain cover which has a transparent window so you can see the map in the transparent pocket when using paper maps. (The bag takes up most of the front bag - you can leave the bag out in the rain or put it somewhere else if you want to use the bag for something else.) There is a security strap to attach the bag to your bike in case it falls something bad happened. It turned out, but the magnets are good and strong. (Strong enough to pick up dishes from a restaurant and accidentally take them with you.) I like that the magnets have the correct polarity so the flaps tend to snap into the bottom of the tote when you remove it from the bag. Bicycle. My 2009 Concours 14 has a large plastic panel with a tiny glove box on the front half of the tank, but the magnets are positioned so I think all but the front two hold in the middle, and that's enough as far as I know. I am anxious. Good inner pockets, nice lined back pocket for phone or sunglasses, with hole for headphone cord or maybe even hoses for a hydrator. All in all a really successful medium-sized tank bag. This is a 12 liter bag - Cortech also produces this bag in 10 and 18 liter sizes. If I need more space for longer trips, I might grab one of the 18 liter bags. (Update, I've ridden the bag a few thousand miles since posting this and I use it daily as a men's handbag and it's holding up great - it's really well made IMO.)
