I liked that you could do all of your recruiting in one place without having to go through different applications or websites. The process was very simple which made it easy for new employees not familiar with our system to learn how everything works quickly. There are some features missing but they should work on their customer support department as well because sometimes there is no way around them being slow at responding to questions when something isn't working correctly. We have been able to easily fill open positions within hours instead of days using this software compared to other companies we've used before. It has also saved us time from manually searching resumes looking for qualified applicants. This allows more people access into jobs than ever! Our office manager would be happy if she didn't spend so much time filling out her own resume every day since most candidates don't even know about what's available until after they apply online anyways.
