This thing really does help my knee
I have an MCL issue. Things clunk around in one of my knees. I have tried knee sleeves but didn't like the feeling of them etc. I ran across this strap and decided to try it. It has turned out to be more effective than other compression style knee sleeves, and it allows for far better range of motion and comfort. It does in fact seem to help keep things from moving around in my knee. It has been a nice purchase.
- Might want too put cushions around the plastic part on the sides, so they leave a mark on leg.
- May not be aesthetically pleasing to some users
