Judging by the photos provided by the seller and the photos of some reviewers, the shelves on this cart have two wooden planks that continue on either side of the support beam, to make the structure sustainable. The set I received only had a small wooden board on each side of the shelf, the instructions weren't clear at all what this board should do or which side of the legs it should be on, so it took a while. It's time to figure out how to properly connect the shelves. However, now that it is fully assembled it appears to be quite solid and looks good, just like the photos advertised. We use it for our 32-inch TV, which we like to keep out of the way when not in use. Size and height are perfect for this, the trolley turns and rolls without any problems.
