Review on 🐊 Zilla Solid Screen Covers: Ultimate Protection for Your Reptiles" by Michael Hogate

I bought this to climb over the top of my Zilla 36x18 'Critter Cage' when my cat, out of overzealous curiosity, damaged the original cover. He likes to lie on it and soak up the warmth in the terrarium underneath that is meant for my adult corn snake. Attempting to repair the original gas cap proved a waste of time, in fact I professionally reworked it which resulted in the frame falling apart. All attempts to glue it with insulating tape, sew on wire, etc. were unsuccessful because the screen just collapsed again. Screen replacement through Zilla costs over $48! A lid this size was very hard to find until I went to Revain.com. When I found it I was still a little nervous that it wouldn't fit in my pet cage due to its unique sliding front lid design and slightly unusual dimensions. My personal measurements showed it would be 1/4 inch smaller in width so I was concerned. I'm happy to report that not only does it fit like a glove, it also holds my crazy cat's weight! Now that the mating season is over, the snake is dissatisfied with the lack of an escape route, which makes me very happy. :)
