Review on ☕ Copco 2510 1120 Iconic Insulated 16 Ounce: Premium Thermal Travel Mug by Eric Williamson

After receiving this I washed and immediately placed ice cubes and cold water on the counter with the lid closed to chill the cup. After an hour I found the ice had melted and the water was cool but not cold. THE? I bought this based on the reviews and am wondering if my "heat treatment" was overlooked. Then I tried coffee. Not better. I preheated and then poured coffee - didn't stay hot. Later, the pre-chilled sundae was poured out and iced tea was added. Same problem. I wanted this mug so I could use it with cool water at night. An indication of poor thermal insulation is that you may feel warm or cold on the outside of the cup. On the other hand, the mug is a good size with a good base and grip. But in the end you can just use a glass or a coffee mug and get the same result.
