You can easily integrate this bot within no time without any coding or technical skills required at developer's end!! Also very simple UI / UX which makes using such bots easy even if you are not tech savvy like me :) There could have something more related towards services offered other than just chatting but I feel that would make things too complicated - may need some learning curve though so they will understand what we mean when asking them questions etc :) As an example : how many people visit my site daily? How often do users go through home page before entering product details section (if applicable)? What %age visits from mobile devices vs desktop computers compared against eachother.
