Review on YESINDEED by Steven Chiumento

As someone who frequently shops online, I was pleased to give YESINDEED a shot for meeting my needs in terms of health and housekeeping items, but wow, was I in for a letdown! Their website was a complete nightmare to browse, and it took an inordinate amount of time for me to locate the information I required. And when I did eventually locate the items I required, I discovered that they were sold out! But that's not the only thing: the pricing were completely unreasonable! I could have gotten the exact same things at the business down the street for a fraction of the cost. And don't even get me started on how long it takes them to ship orders. After placing an order, it took more than two weeks for the item to arrive. The poor quality of their customer support made a bad situation even worse. When I tried to contact them about my order, I was put on hold for what seemed like an eternity. After what seemed like an eternity, I was finally connected to a representative who was irritable and unhelpful. In general, YESINDEED is not a service that I would suggest to anyone. Avoid the trouble and go shopping somewhere else instead.
