Bought the smallest size, which is on sale, probably because it doesn't sell well, and it was a really good bargain compared to other cedar tree shoe stretchers that cost around 50$. My size is women's 8.5 and these men's 6.5-7.5 correspond to women's 8.5-9.5 and fit my shoes well, so I guess they are true to size.For some reason I thought that you can regulate the width of the split in the middle but no, it closes or opens on its own to fit a shoe, so you won't be able to stretch your shoes on the sides (unless you jam something into the split to prevent it from closing? Probably a bad idea though)
