Shaft diameter mismatch
The sanding worked just as well as any flap sander I've used before, my issue with them was the shaft/shank diameter mismatch. The 32mm wheels were fine, they fitted my dremel snugly. The 20mm wheel posts were too small and my Dremel could never tighten them until I pulled out the clamps and screwed in the clamp screw which shouldn't work as it should. Here we are talking about the difference in the width of the hair, but it was enough to change their function.
