DC Villians are my favorite after work shoes. Great for lounging and very comfortable to wear around town. They don't last forever and I usually buy two pairs a year but for $50 which is not bad for the comfort they offer. Most often it is the sole that after a few months begins to smooth out, and then it becomes not so comfortable to walk in it. But then again, for $50, they're great. seem a bit thicker than the normal model. Even the outsole feels a bit heavier and thicker than other models. I love these shoes the most. You can wear them without socks as they have soft fur inside, although I still prefer socks but I like the extra padding. The shoes have good grip, so you can wear them anywhere and even ride in them, but they wear out much faster. The sewing is good, the materials used are of high quality. Lightweight and very comfortable. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.
